Support recording multiple windows on same screen

I want to record a browser and terminal side by side with a small gap.

Since Screen Studio maps a virtual wallpaper it would need to create a matte to mask the two windows -- perhaps requiring the actual desktop to be set to black (or a selectable transparency color.

For example here, my actual desktop is black, but there's no gap visible between the windows.
