Settings Presets should be per category

It would be very useful if each page (style, layout and animations) would have its own presets system. It will let me fine tune the motion blur and cursor movement (and friction, etc..) to my liking, and reuse these settings without having to change the overall style as well.

The reason this is important is because the mouse bounciness takes a lot of fine tuning when it is based around friction, mass and tension, and tweaking all sliders each and every time can become cumbersome.

Global presets can stay as they are now.
