Safe zones for video

It might be a great option to have: ability to set up safe areas for the entire video, so all elements respect it. For example, when I do vertical video for Instagram or TikTok, there is always a UI of these apps, covering the top and bottom part of the video. In this case my camera and transcript (if positioned to bottom), will be outside of safe area.
