Remove Motionless Pauses from Screen Recording

I often screen-record without audio. After recording, I need to edit out the pauses where I am thinking, reading a script, waiting, etc. The cursor and screen is not moving during these pauses.

But after recording I have to edit out all these pauses (and any retakes).

Automatically removing the sections where there is no motion would be a HUGE time saver. Please have a tolerance slider to adjust the sensitivity.
