Pre-defined text to insert during the recording

When recording complex demos it would be useful to have a list of pre-determined text that could be inserted (as if the user were typing) when a key is pressed.

• Enable writing a list of text to insert

• During screen recording, press key to "type" pre-recorded item into currently focused input

• Cycle to next item in list
