Please help! This week I have 2 x unusable long videos because I used the ‘Pause’ recording feature during my shooting process.
Upon ‘resuming’ the recording, Screen Studio is losing my microphone input, so everything after my first ‘pause’ has no audio at all.
Unfortunately this is a huge problem for me as I now have 2 important videos for clients that didn’t record as expected. Is this recoverable in any way? Please help!
