Pause and stop cursor movement on last frame

It's common for demo videos to pause for a bit longer at the end for the user to digest what happened. Currently, I have to make sure I pause for long enough before stopping the recording, and cursor movement still cuts into it sometimes and makes the video end on a blurry cursor snapshot.
