Neutral HAND cursor options + ability to lock it for full recording 🧤

The two currently available hand cursor options are light skin tone and yellow — neither works as a neutral (context: I’m looking for something that matches our human-first brand). A white hand cursor would fix this. It would also be great to lock the pointer hand as the persistent cursor style throughout a recording, rather than it switching to arrow, I-beam, etc. based on context. ✌️
