Light Theme

I know Dark Mode is "cool" and "hip", but for some of us "old" folks, it makes UI elements and text hard to read, especially the "gray on dark gray" text in the toolbar and especially the text in the settings dialog are almost impossible for me to read.

This applies to the dark-mode-only Help Guide.
