License Key Reactivation for New Mac

I recently upgraded my Mac and attempted to activate my ScreenStudio license key on the new device. However, the key is not working. I understand that the license is tied to one Mac, but I would like to know if it is possible to deactivate the key on my old Mac and transfer it to the new one under my current subscription. My subscription is still valid for another six months.
