Flexible Clip Speed

I would love a gesture so that when I drag the end of a clip it speeds up / slows down the clip to fit the time that I have selected rather than trimming the clip. I'm aware I can right click and set the speed to one of the options, but often when lining up a gesture exactly with a voice over - a bit more flexibility is desired.
