Custom Cursor / Manual cursor

I want to add a cursor like the one you can see in the video - I added it manually using a swift library but it doesn’t accomplish my goals to capture clicks on system pages or apps that I can’t edit the code of. I think the “record phone screen” feature would be complete with the addition of a simple feature that adds a circle just like the one you see below manually just by creating a new effect and clicking where on the screen you would like it to show. That way you can show screen taps.

There is no other software that does this. You would have my whole heart if this was implemented
