Cursor Visibility Timeline

Its nice to have these different timelines for the zoom, shortcuts, etc. I think it would be beneficial to also have one for the Cursor. This would allow detailed enabling/disabling the cursor or styling it otherwise. Basically all the normal options but in a timeline.
