Change volume of different sources

I know we have an option to mute the system audio, but I would like to have an option to control how the volumes are mixed. It could be something like:

1. Add the possibility to export the audio in separate tracks (so I can change it in Premiere Pro or another software)

2. Add an option to change the global mixer

3. Make an option to automatically decrease the captured audio while talking (it would be an amazing feature, but after the basic ones)
