Better export compression for 4K files

One thing that puts me off using this is when I go to export in 4K the files are huge! I know you can export in 1080p but it would be good if possible to have some sort of built in compression on the 4K so that you barely use any quality but the files are much smaller. That way i wouldn’t have to then use handbrake or similar to then make them much smaller.
