Add the ability to position captions

I'd love to request the ability to reposition captions in vertical videos. Right now captions are locked to the bottom, which is not ideal for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok because platform UI elements often cover that area. Being able to move captions (like we already do with the camera) would give creators more control and make text more readable.

A simple drag-and-drop option or presets (top/middle/bottom) would solve this perfectly.
