Add delay to last frame of GIF

Feature Request

I just want to pause the last frame of the GIF export for about a second longer. I think this is pretty common, can it be a small input for last-frame delay (in ms) on the GIF export?

    You can extend the timeline for the time you want to adjust. All the added time will simply freeze the recording for that duration.
