Screen Studio Projects folder on a different drive than the primary drive

Allow configuration of the Screen Studio Projects folder on a different drive than the primary drive.

I would like to request the ability to specify a custom location for the Screen Studio Projects folder, even if it is on a different drive than the primary drive. Currently, when attempting to move the folder manually, I can launch existing projects by double-clicking on them, but any new projects created are still stored on the primary drive by default.

By adding support for configuring the Screen Studio Projects folder on a different drive, users would have the flexibility to manage their projects according to their specific needs, including maximizing available storage space and organizing files more efficiently.
