Ability to pause/freeze frame

Folks like myself often end up doing multiple voiceovers on a recorded screencast. The option to freeze the video at one frame helps in case we decide to speak longer than planned for that frame. As of now, we have to export the screencast, and use another tool like iMovie to add a freeze frame.
