Desynced Audio Halfway Through Video

I recently filmed an hour long video (I’ve filmed longer videos before and never had this problem).

I got about halfway through editing it when the audio randomly desynced.

I undid all of my previous edits (ugh!) to see if it was maybe a glitch from one of my cuts or something, but nope. It’s the file itself. I’ve never had this problem before.

Any suggestions on how to prevent this in the future?

I tried to export the audio so hopefully I can re-sync it in final cut using the raw audio file.
